But why should a voter's vote in a flyover state count more than a voter's vote in a coastal state? Can you give more one logical reason for that?

I agree with the thread title if the poster meant “rude” when he wrote “ignorant”. However, if he meant it as “uninformed”, then I’d disagree. I truly believe the far right extremists and Trump lovers are informed, but choose to embrace his rhetoric because they are filled with hate. When I listen to people who love Trump and hate Obama, there is a consistent theme - sheer hatred for anything related to the Democratic Party. Just the mention of the word enrages them. But Why? Afterall, our two parties define American values. They represent America at its core. Doesn’t this mean they hate America in a sense? If you are someone that wants to eradicate the other party, then sorry to say it, but you hate this country and you should leave since neither party is going anywhere - it’s best for your own peace of mind. The hatred is so strong that it’s easy to predict where they stand on any news story that emerges, like a robot.

I think it’s wrong for anyone to think it’s acceptable to trash an entire party. It’s pure bigotry. What is it about Democrats that they hate so much?
