I applaud you Auto Nation.

This may not be the end all solution, but Wow!!!!!! To me this is the first corporate rule regarding this issue that makes any sense and is actually a progressive, viable solution that actually benefits employer and employee, I also applaud Auto Nation. .........Peace........joe
