XFL

Anyone watching or paying attention?
Here is a link to some of the rules that may differ from NFL.

I watched the Seattle Tampa game and thought it was pretty exciting with the fast pace. The quarterback situation needs to improve, but that will come with time if the league survives and the teams sees an increase in revenue. I was also surprised by the crowd turnout.

I watched the Dc v NY game. It was okay. DC has a cool logo. Crowd seemed sparse. The NFL should adopt the XFL and use it or start a developmental/farm system league like the NBA or baseball.
Yeah ..as far as the qb play getting better, I doubt that will happen. Decent qb's are a hot commodity and in demand. So if there are any good ones, they are going to the NFL.
Here is a list of 2019 starting qb's, not sure how accurate, but it gives one the idea of whats out there. When you get outside the top 10-12, they all seem to be average more or less.

A farm system would be a great idea. I like that. As we’ve said the quarterback issue may hurt
the league and maybe an alliance with the NFL would be a good remedy.

The Xtra Football League, for those of us who need some Xtra to fill the void between the Super Bowl and the start of baseball!!
I watched a bunch of the first weekend. Sloppy but fun. Some fast-moving offense. I'll watch it when I can.

The USFL is another one - lasted about as long as the other offshoot leagues mentioned - who could forget famed kicker Novo Bokovic (?) winning the title in 1983 for the Detroit entry (Michigan Stallions? All from memory) - mayb fans will support XFL, who knows
