I think the audio is F.E. 6/71 but the bulk of the video is 11/72 Hofstra Univ. from ABC In Concert tv show, this was about a week or so before Berry was killed. The other edited/spliced snippets I can recall are from 9/23/70 F.E. and Love Valley??? w/Duane.I really dug the 5 man band back then.

Yeah I think you got all the videos right and the music is One Way Out from Eat A Peach 6/71 Fillmore. I thought I had found some footage of the closing night show.
The guy did a decent job mixing and matching. The vocals and a few guitar licks are actually close.
