Heard this the first time on JamOn a couple weeks ago. Honestly had chills a couple times the song was so good. They did a wonderful job.

Apparently official video / audio. you can see a broken string hanging during his detuned solo. This is all so awesome.

I've seen Derek live several times and don't recall him breaking a string. Liked how he handled it.
Surprised he switched to a Les Paul. Eric Clapton gave Susan his Beno ( I think it's called) Les Paul but that wasn't it was it?
A few years ago Derek discussed his then current SG which was given to Derek by Duane Allman's daughter. It is a " Brother to Brother " custom shop SG. I assume it's still his no. 1.
I figured Derek had one of his older SGs as a back up.
