TTB in Pittsburgh, and opener National Reserve

Saw TTB in Pittsburgh last night. Derek was sublime as always. I thought Susan's singing really shone on a few of the tunes. Finally got to hear one of my favorite songs of all time, live: Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad?
There we not super-extended jams, but really nice tight jams within the songs, which is really my style anyway.
i enjoyed it.
The big surprise of the night for me was the opener: National Reserve. They were awesome, and I will definitely start following them. They have two guitars, one is the true lead and plays a ton of slide. The other guitar is the singer and he will solo now and then.
They play driving rock/blues, with some rocking country sound. At times I heard the Crowes. One band that kept coming to mind was Big Sugar. In any event, they are worth checking out.
