Good day All.
Just want to take a minute and suggest that you all check out a couple of books that I had a chance to enjoy.
The first is "Southern Man, Music and Mayhem in The American South, A Memoir," by Alan Walden w/ S. E. Feinberg.
Viewers to this site should remember this authors name and his brother Phil who Created Capricorn Studios in Macon, Georgia who helped establish Otis Redding and the likes of The Allman Brothers and many other great southern bands and recording artists back in the 70's.
Likewise, "Fix It In The Mix, A Memior, by Paul Hornsby w. Michael Buffalo Smith is another book filled with stories about this former member of the Hour Glass back in the 70's and his time working as a top notch producer and engineer at the forementioned Capricorn Studio's with the likes of the Marshal Tucker Band, Wet Willie, Kitty Wells and Bobby Witlock to name a few.
The late great Charlie Daniels wrote the forward for this book and it is well worth the reading.
I hope that you can find time to read each of these titles and like me wind up with a great deal of knowledge about each of these authors and the great contributions that they made to the music business.

I have the Alan Walden book on my list to read
I discovered it by listening to a podcast called "Booked On Rock" by Eric Senich where he interviews authors. A lot of good reads to be found on there.

Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

Think you will really enjoy the book @Jazfunk. I will check out the pod cast, thank you for the suggestion.
Peace!
