They were on SNL last night. Pretty good.

Some day they should do a joint tour.

I had no idea Simpson could handle the axe like that. You don’t hear it in his albums.

I saw him last year and hel ended his show playing "Call to Arms". The band left him him alone on the stage and he laid down a pretty rockin solo to end the show. I was pretty surprised at the time. He can play!

Pretty good stuff. You sure can tell that he's influenced by Waylon Jennings.

Saw Sturgill at Radio City and band was stripped down to 4 piece (guitar/bass/drums/keys) and he rocked hard with impressive playing.

Dave Cobb was back there strumming the acoustic too. He's producer for Stapleton, Sturgill, Isbell, Anderson East. He's a big part of this movement, too and won a grammy with Stapleton and Isbell this week.
