Just to add to this thread, he was interviewed by David Fricke on XM today. Wonderful interview. While I really wish he would do just do one tour with his Zeppelin mates, I really respect his position. Love all of the Zeppelin band mates either way.

Thanks for the heads up on the Fricke interview.

I have not listened to the Stern one yet. I don't know if Howard asked him this , but I am sure he did,(about getting back together with Page and Jones) but if I were Plant I would put some sort of clause in an interview contract not to ask the "reunion" question. That gets so old. That poor guy probably has been asked that in a good part of interviews he has done in the last ,what, 37yrs?!
I cringe every time I hear/read an interview with him about that subject and that also applies to other bands and artist too.

Slash(another one) was on a local radio station here in town when he was on tour about 5 yrs ago. The DJ was asking him all the cliché' questions you could think of and then the reunion question. Slash said very kindly and quick, its a dead issue, end of story.

I am a HUGE HUGE Zep fan . I worship that band and Jimmy was and is probably the main reason I picked up the guitar 30 plus yrs ago. I am kinda of indifferent if they were to tour or not. Probably could not afford tix's anyways .I was a little underwhelmed by the O2 concert. Not that I thought it was bad, but that was another thread awhile back. 😉

I like where Robert is at musically with his band over the last 12 yrs or so. I saw him 2yrs ago here in Indy and it was a great show. A good mix of old and new.

Jimmy always says he is up to something , but it never comes to fruition.
