Everyone here is pretty aware of the disappointing vocals on the September, 1970 Fillmore East video.  Basically some one missed turning on the outbound audio on Gregg's mike for the entire Don't Keep Me Wonderin' and the greater part of Dreams.  Years ago I tried to remedy things by splicing in alternative audio.  The only issue was all the background instrumentation was also included in each splice thereby changing the continuity and feel of the original performance.

Decided to go back and see, what with AI involvement, could there be a better separation done which would allow just the vocals to be transferred over.  Well, the answer is a clear "yes".

So if you would like to view the results I can send you the file via Goggle Drive.  If you have a Google account Google Drive is very easy to set up.  Once you've got that then private message me with your preferred email address and I will send the video files to you.

One minor frustration is that in all the on-line videos of the show there is a one second audio dropout near the beginning of Duane's solo on Dreams.  Played around with different options but nothing sounded natural so it's still there.

Hopefully this will make up for some of the disappointment for never seeing the Duane era video project come to fruition.

Yeah, I guess everyone here has pretty much given up on that one.
