Why Port Chester? Some special tie there?
When Phil decided to stop touring he set up a deal to have Shapiro represent him for any East Coast shows. Those shows are mostly appearances at the Capitol. He also plays Lockn' and there have been a couple of one offs like, Forest Hills and Central Park. I believe Shapiro has had a hand in all those shows.
