Neil Young And Daryl Hannah Are Ready For Their Netflix Film Debut

After watching the trailer I still have no idea what this movie is about.
Could be just an extended music video to promote the album from what I can tell.
Will definitely watch on Netflix and see what's up

I watched about 20 mins of it and i still don't know what i saw. I mean i saw "Greendale" and that at least had a story and a good one at that. I had to turn it off because girlfriend was bored. Was mostly just guitar noises and four note riffs. I'll watch it when she's not here.

I stand corrected, she was not bored, she was confused. 😛

Not to be catty but is Daryl Hannah trying to look like Neil Young?
Everything in Moderation. Including Moderation.

After watching the trailer I still have no idea what this movie is about.
Our local paper says this is what it's about (key word, psychedelic):
"the new psychedelic Western film Paradox, written by his girlfriend, actress Daryl Hannah, and starring him as a cowboy-musician."

So after watching the whole thing, I can still say that I have no idea what this "movie" is about.
Either the entire production was on some serious psychedelics or I needed to be.
The music is excellent, however.
Really beautiful footage from their night show at Coachella I hadn't seen before.

I gave it 16 minutes and couldn't stand it at all. had to turn it off. It seemed random and I had no idea what was going on and the screaching guitar sounds pierced my brain.
Sorry Neil I tried.

Watched it all...it’s a mix of things..random nothingness,music video,psychedelic,rambling,Pat Garrett without a plot,etc.....
until finally the music keeps getting better and better...around 40 minutes in it soars musically and stays good...
During a good deal of the movie I was on my laptop...it wasn’t easy 😉

Not to be catty but is Daryl Hannah trying to look like Neil Young?
not to be Cattier, but is she the mastermind behind this Yoko Ono masterpiece?
Neil live at United Palace Theater and Neil live at Carnegie Hall are in my top ten concert experiences. Fearing I will never see something like that again.

It's Neil and it's a movie, the combination of which rarely make sense or even entertainment for my taste. Concert films seem to be the exception. Just my .02
