Go Bruins!  Heck, maybe UCLA and USC meet in the Final.

Well I'm glad I didn't get into a pool cuz I thought Iowa would get to the Final Four. I guess they were a sexy pick.

I did make a few side bets. My buddy took Baylor or Duke to win it all. He offered me to take the rest of the field if he got those two teams. Sure. I was all over that.

The other one is sticky. My friend and I were at the bar and were talking about it and Rutgers in particular. I wanted them to get in but didn't think they would. So I bet her that they wouldn't. When I got home I got to think about the play in games and sure enough they were one of the teams. We didn't talk about that.  So she thought she won. Well, perhaps.

A couple of things. They didn't get in the regular 64. Does that count? And they lost their play in game anyway. So does that matter?

HA!!! I live in Indiana, PU and Big 10 fan. I took Iowa all the way!!! I thought with the talent they had, decent depth, good coaching they would make some noise. One and done!!

Normally over the last few years, I play the homer and take PU a good part of the tourney. I picked them to choke out in the 2nd round this Sunday against Texas. Either they will lose today or go to the final 4 knowing my luck. Oh well......when is football season?!?!?

#2 Kentucky knocked out of the Tournament by #15 Saint Peter's.  WHAT?  Saint Peter's??

Games I'm looking forward to tomorrow:  Gonzaga - Memphis, UCLA - St. Mary's.

I don't think they will play Texas Sunday. I say Va Tech. My inlaws live in West Lafayette and are huge Purdue fans as well. They play in Milwaukee so that would be easy for me to get to but for you and them it is certainly a hike. I think they are playing in the new arena where the Bucks used to play. Right next to each other.

So much for my Va Tech pick. I didn't expect that. I wish I still had my betting site, I would have won quite a bit on the teams I really liked. I wanted N Carolina straight up and that has to pay well. Baylor looks like you know what. 

That Carolina game was stupid close. How do you give up a 25 point lead?
