I watched a documentary on Nebworth '76. The stage had the Rolling Stones', lips and tongue motif - the tongue being a platform that extended outward into the audience. All other performers were told to "stay off the tongue!" At about the third song into their set, Skynyrd was all over the tongue! Finally! Great minds think alike; I was thinking about the VH1 LS episode today and when Artimus Pyle talked about this concert and "We blew the Stones away.".
Well there will be an LS day/weekend/week at the Strat household in April! Cheers!
