To me it looks like character actor  the late John Anderson who appeared on various television dramas when I was growing up and younger. His Wiki page says over 500 episodes of various television dramas. Anderson probably was on Gunsmoke 10 times in different guest parts.

President Trump likes the drawing or painting and claimed he thought he was a doctor in it. Took it down when there was a big push back because most people think he is presented as a Jesus figure.

May I be clear. The Iranian leadership are a bunch of Apocalyptic religious fanatics bent on destroying Israel plus are a sponsor of terrorist organizations which have murdered hundreds of people in recent decades and the Iranian leadership murdered about 60,000 demonstrators in their own country just a month ago. So that leadership is a bad as it gets and should be replaced. But . The President of the United States should not use that kind of language no matter how evil the regime.
