In a couple of weeks I am going to Jamaica for the first time, Ochos Rios to be exact. Any suggestions what to do?

Definitely worth doing Mystic Mountain. The bobsledding & zip lining through a jungle was an awesome experience for me, my wife and boys, who were 9 and 6 at the time.

If you purchase any greens, you may find that you have to dry them before imbibing. They may be quite moist!!
