Do you dare to take... THE YOKO CHALLENGE?

How many seconds of exposure to Yoko's yowling can you take?
With my usual inapprpriate humor and bad taste I posted this clip in the Female Instrumentalists thread, Sorry about that. Then I found that I physically could not get thru all 45 seconds of this clip. I tried three times and only got to 11 seconds, with a visceral recoil in the first second, shocked dismay for about five seconds, then laughter for a few seconds before shutting it off.

You should be Playpenned for posting that 😛

I decided to just pass on viewing these videos. I think my day will be better for it.

WTF???????????????????????????????????

I'm the first to admit that I have a hard time wrapping my head around alot of "art", but that is just so ridiculous that it isn't even funny ! I don't know her, yet I have a strong dislike for her !

What do Biafra and Yoko Ono have in common?
They are both living off dead "beetles"

That was the equivalent of audio hemorrhoids.....and that's putting it mildly.

OMG! I get that art is subjective and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but this is just plain annoying and idiotic sh&*. However, it has ONE redeeming quality. I have not laughed this much in ages. Now feel totally relaxed and calm. OMMMMMM! 😉

Never was a fan of Yoko's (not talking musically - she is the worst) until I saw the John Lennon exhibit about a decade ago when the R & R Hall of Fame had an extension in lower Manhattan. She kept the bag of John's possession from Roosevelt Hospital and exhibited it along with his bloody glasses. The exhibit plaque she wrote stated something like "one day you are the king of the world; and in a moment you are reduced to a paper bag full of your possessions. I was touched

Her song "Who Has Seen the Wind" on the B-side of the Instant Karma 45 was pretty. Weird in that first video clip it seemed like she and John were having an encrypted argument in musical/noise code.
Hahaha, glad you got a laugh Arlene. One thing for sure, it does cause a reaction. But then so does fingernals on a chalkboard.

Woof, It sounds like a lamb is being sexually assaulted with a cactus?
I remember a video of the best super group that didn't happen with John, Eric, & Keith. She's up front stage under a black sheet making sounds and Clapton was just looking at the pile befuddled?

Wow!! Unbelievable!! I hope Yoko has a decent psychiatrist. "Challenge" is a gross understatement.

If you are familiar with NYC's Upper West Side history, you will know that without the efforts of Yoko and others, there would be no Beacon Theatre.

I'm partial to Yoko's "Fly"

When John adds his "vocal" at the 36 second mark - the real humor kicks in.

This is one of my favorite Yoko (s)
The best part is all these morons applauding as if she did something talented.
