ever hear the one where they tried to prevent George jones from driving to the bars and then driving drunk so they took his keys . George drove his riding lawnmower to the bar that night and I believe got a ticket on the way home on the lawnmower from a cop lol
Yeah, they actually have his John Deer mower at the George Jones bar here in Nashville. It's really funny to watch drunk tourists posing for pictures sitting on it who have literally no idea of the reasoning behind it's being there. George Jones was a badass.

maybe in archive stuff but he is 75 now. he doesn't have the fire anymore. I thought lets get together was good but would have been great if betts sang most of the lead vocals and included all of the new ABB songs he was doing in the late 90's and didn't change the lyrics of some of them. maybe there was some agreement with the ABB about the stuff he had played live with them before he left?
