I caught the Bruce Katz Band last night, whom many of you know from Gregg, Jaimoe, and Butch's various bands. They are touring throughout Florida, the North East and Mid West and are definitely worth seeing. It's just a trio, with the fantastic Chris Vitarello (a Freight Train alum) on guitar. They even pulled out a funky "Stand Back".

Have seen BK several times locally when he played with Gregg and once with Butch when they came to town. He's just an outstanding player - a perfect fit for Gregg's band & equally so for Butch.
Last year Bruce's band came through town, but I missed that show, as we were vacationing in the Caribbean. I guess if you got to miss good music then you want to be somewhere special.

Oh Man!!! Thanks so much porkchopbob, this is the hottest tip I have had in quite some time. I will be at the Midway Tavern, in Mishawaka, my live music stream has really dried up a good bit in recent years, this will help some...........Peace...........joe
