Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

It didn't open up to the song but that whole album is very underrated.

here you go.
Rough live version but shows that Ian was on top of his game at this time.
Definitely the wrong drummer for this tour. Bev Bevan just wasn't a Sabbath type drummer.

Sorry about the link issues. It's working fine on my amazon fire....Not sure what gives.
Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

I have got a couple of excellent recordings of Ian with BS if anyone is interested.
Sorry about the links, working on on my Amazon fire.

Would love to hear some live Sabbath with Ian Gillan. Friend of mine saw that tour in TX I think he said and he swears they did a version of Helter Skelter (!). Who knows. Loved the Born Again album when I was a kid

Born Again was a shock to the system after Heaven & Hell and Mob Rules. I know this, Gillian never screamed/shrieked anything like he did on this album. I didn't dig the production nor the screams.

It is indeed a bizarre and unsettling disc. The cover, the mix, the screams, the menacing vibe of the title track and Disturbing the Priest and even Zero the Hero. I dig it, but it took me a while.

I like the album. Hate the production. Love the screams. I love the Jesus Christ Superstar album for the screams too. I think that may be his best vocals on an album.

That album cover though...

That album cover though...
Likely one of many bad decisions made while snorting mounds of cocaine. It is terrible though.
