That is very cool. Louise and Inez kept the guys from starving in the early days in Macon. 

Thanks for posting this great story. While attending a few GABBA Festivals down in Macon, a visit to H & H is a must. On one occasion My wife and I had the pleasure of chatting with the renowned Mama Louise. I can't wait for the finished product to shine in the city and once home of The Allman Brothers Band.

My hope is that I can visit Macon again sometime soon and pay my respects to all the brothers in their resting places, visit the Big House, drive the roads named after Duane and Berry and visit H & H another time.
