I've been on this site for over 20 something years... now in my mid 40s, I'm embarrassed to admit how late in life I found Parliament Funkadelic... specifically their live shows from 76 - 78. I haven't gone this hard into a band since I first got into the Dead about 20 years ago.
I recently watched a documentary on Amazon about PF and George Clinton... they did as much acid as the Dead, maybe more. lol. How is that possible?

I am a huge fan of their music. I remember when they were called the acid messiahs.....
