I just finished watching last night. I was pretty sure that I wouldn't like it, but my wife wanted to watch, so I did. Remember, I'm still a newly wed. Anyways, it was a great watch. Very sad, touching story. I could relate to some of the story lines from when I was in high school 40 years ago.
Now I need another series to watch. Happy Friday!!

Definitely worth watching. The book is even more chilling.
