48 years ago today, Berry died tragically.
For someone whose life was so short, he had an incredible impact on music, not just the ABB, but many other bassists. The band has had several great bassists, but Berry was one of a kind.

Happy Birthday Day Berry Oakley!! The best bass player for that classic Allman Brothers sound.
