The first Knebworth Festival in July 1974 was held in the grounds of Knebworth House, which was just 10 miles up the road from where I was studying at University ... and yes, I was in attendance ... my first ever ABB gig - not surprising really given that this was the first of only 3 visits the ABB ever made to the UK.
There is a poster of this festival in the Big House ... there is also one in my house at the top of the staircase ...
That's really neat. As we know they never travelled much internationally. I did see them twice in Canada. And I have the tour program from Japan that someone got. I think it is after Shades of Two Worlds came out.

Played indoor golf today - crossing fingers that we can actually play outside soon - but it looks like not before next Wednesday at least ...

Exciting tournament so far. Going into today's games I still have my Final Four alive (Alabama, Houston, UConn & Marquette). Rooting big time for Creighton to mess up at least one of those.

Wow! That is mine as well. Kansas losing last night was good, although I did want them to win one more game. Kinda worried if Texas plays Houston. Glad Houston's injured star was able to play.

I took Alabama. The Creighton comment is I'd much prefer they make the Final Four which means they'd knock out Alabama to do so. Always been a big Bluejays fan.
I just do a single bracket but had I done another I'd have picked Houston in that one. Huge advantage playing the Final Four in Houston if they get that far.

I "think" I somewott get wott you are saying. I used to bet against Meeechigan in football games and I figured if Meechigan lost I would win the bet. If not, my team would win it.
My East region is screwed but I figure with Purdue, Duke and Marquette all getting bumped I imagine most everyone is screwed in that region anyway. So I am down to rooting for Houston.
