Oh geez, is this the first or second time she has had it? And I thought we could kind of relax about this. Some restrictions are being lifted. I still can't believe we haven't had it. 

Do you guys get tested regularly? I have once.

Regarding me being broken, that is the perfect word. Between my neurologist, physical therapists (there are two) and oral surgeons (again two) I take a lot of drugs. I am a regular at my pharmacy.

I'm sure my insurance company must hate me. Hell I even have a prescription for calcium.

Our TVs went out. Both of them. I called the service provider and they sent a signal to try to make things work. Didn't help. So they are sending a tech out. Last one before the weekend!

wott if I can't watch sports for a whole weekend?!?!?!

A friend of mine and I were talking about something and we were both born in the same year. But he graduated high school a year later than me. I said that makes no sense. Then he told me why.

He flunked kindergarten.

Our power went out twice during the Field of Dreams game last night, so I gave up and sat on the deck with a beer and listened to music.

Yes, this is the second time she has had it.  We have the home test kits.  She is better today, feels like a cold with congestion.  I waited until today to test -  I was negative.

We were at an outdoor concert/fest Friday, a crowded wedding reception Saturday, and she went to Starved Rock Tuesday.  Who knows where she got it ...

Geez, that stinks. So sorry to hear that. I doubt anyone really knows where they got it.

Still no cable. The tech never showed up. The start of nine days with THB. 

I asked her if I could go on vacation somewhere and she won't let me.

It's about time we got our own day. In honor of this, I think someone should send me their best shows!

That Field of Dreams game was pretty good. Nothing could top last year but still cool. Some people thought the Harry Carry thing was weird, but I was fine with it. The guys playing catch in the outfield was neat. The Ray Liotta thing was nice. 

No game next year. I guess Frank Thomas and his partners are going to do construction or something.

And regarding TV being out, I can get one, ONE channel on the living room TV. ESPN. Nothing in the bedroom.

Cable service people don't work on the weekend which is BS. So I think I am going to the White Sux/Tiggers game. $10 to get in and $4.50 to get there and back. 

Just gotta stay away from those $12 "pops".

The cable thing is weird. Nobody wants to accept responsibility. Long story but DirecTV gave me a $35 credit. We will see about that.

Still won't have it working until Monday so I am going to the White Sux game tomorrow instead.

I think I am going to three baseball games this week which isn't all bad. Two in different states!

I really don't want to walk to Wisconsin though.

Like going to a White Sux game?

I couldn't believe how expensive it is there. For two beers it was over $27. That is worse then Wrigley!

And I saw some things on the train getting there and back, which is nothing surprising to me. If you ever come to Chicago do not take a red line train. It is a rolling sheet show. Almost saw a woman and her daughter assaulted until there was intervention. When I told THB about it I told her this guy would have gotten his ass kicked if he touched anyone, which almost happened. 

All over a seat for a little girl. 😡 

Game was okay, about wott I expected. Tiggers scored three which is more than normal.

One of my buddies bailed on me for the tickets I bought which didn't really shock me. On well, any day at a ball park is fine with me!

Thanks for bringing the Sox a win!

Doesn't take much effort when the Tiggers are involved. 

Sux should still be doing better though.
