Meat is 'seasoning' in the fridge.
Dry rubbed pork ribs, pork tenderloin and chicken, let that sit for a day or two, then Meat-apaloosa is on !

Went to Buddy Guy's Legends for lunch. Saw Fruitland Jackson. That was nice. He's a cool guy.
Were going to the White Sux game, had some time to kill so we went to Harry Carey's for a drink.
Found out the game was cancelled. 🙁 Trying to get the next game in tonight.
Might go tomorrow. Another double header scheduled.

Went to an AHL playoff game last night. Hometown team the Grand Rapids Griffins won and are uo 3-1. Hope they win tonight and advance to the Calder Cup Finals.
About to head out to Comiskey to see The Tiggers beat up on the white sux. Hope nobody tries to kill me for wearing Tiggers stuff but you never know there.

Listened to Laid Back last night was an emotional listen. If not for Gregg, Duane, Dickey, Jaimoe, Berry, and Butch I don't know what my musical taste would be today. It opened a door to what I listen to now.
