I'd go, Cheese was fun last fall and I still haven't seen moe. Good luck tossing me, though you can never under estimate old man strength.

Speaking of Red Rocks, there are some good shows this season. TTB, Los Lobos and the North Mississippi All Stars. $43.50 for the cheap ones. $52.50 top price. I would pay that just for the first two bands and you could leave early at TTB Chuck if you get tired of Susan wailing away. 😛

Another option is Heart, Joan Jett and Cheap Trick. $100 for the top ticket. I am actually going to this in Chicago (only $29) but I would take the first option at RR. Smile

Been hearing rumors winter isn't done yet despite what that furry rodent said this morning.

Doesn't matter really. Maybe we can package a ballgame with a concert. Either the Flubs or the Sux are home every day so we need to find a show as a package maybe.

Lots of time to think about it! Smile

Send me a list where I can find shows being announced. Would you be interested in seeing Zac Brown Band possibly? I know that is considered "country" music. Am waiting to hear announcement of their tour this year. They've been playing at Wrigley field lately.

I had such fun on my trips to Red Rocks. Hmmm. That tour makes a stop in Alpharetta, which is about three hours from me. And, I'm kinda indifferent about TTB. Christmas Jam show kind of disappointed me. I thought the vocalist massacreed The Letter and With a Little Help - but that's just me...

Hunkered down. Grin

Storm started about six hours later than expected. Got ~9" overnight, stopped and starting back in. Due another 4" this afternoon. Ferocious winds, hitting 50-60 mph.

Doesn't appear my driveway drifted too badly. My neighbor has about a three footer across his in some areas. Snowblower struggling with that.

I'll sit that out until everything is over with.

Meanwhile, tunes, beer & bacon.... the triple crown! 😛

I used to be a moe. hater. Saw them as an opener on a few occasions, and thought they were really flat.

Having said that, I thought they were great at Summer Camp last year. I saw 4/5 sets that weekend, and they were really good most of the time, and they threw in some fun covers. My favorite? One set opened with Hocus Pocus (by Focus!)

I've dug into some of the studio stuff, and I really like Wormwood.

Still not a big Umphrey's fan.
