Rain, too warm to snow. One of the local mets went waaaaay out on a limb last week and called for 10-15 inches and is getting skewered for it.

The last 16 snows in KC have averaged 1.2 inches. Sigh.

Speaking of Mouse's favorite (:)), got in TTB's Mad Dogs & Englishmen/Joe Cocker show from last September. Enjoying it so far. Smile

Also picked up a Stones Sticky Fingers deluxe reissue with outtakes. Clapton on Brown Sugar and some other interesting outtakes on the bonus disc.

12-15" of snow now due with high winds. Good day tomorrow to rock out a bit!

Picked up some Boulevard "Heavy Lifting IPA" to help me weather the storm. Cool

Looking at a couple of Dave & Phil Alvin shows in early March and a Chris Duarte also.

Anyone heard the new Alvin Brothers release?

I got the earlier Songs of Big Bill Broonzy one. Good rootsy blues.

That actually sounds like something to consider. Haven't been out there in a coot's age.

Flubs are at the Rockies the weekend before that. Too bad it wasn't a few days later.

Does Chris Duarte still wear a dress? Seriously, when I saw him open for Buddy Guy years ago he wore a full length skirt.

Not that I've ever seen. Been to 3 or 4 of his shows.
