MT 28 - Lock your wife and dog in the trunk for an hour. See who's happy when you open it.
i have a breather today and felt compelled to check in with the slackety assed MT
marching band season is almost over
one more competition and then championships next weekend
can't wait until this over. finally get some sat time to do stuff i've been putting off
I feel pretty good this morning!
I've had a lifetime of various problems sleeping, and I rarely feel rested when I wake up.
I have been going through the sleep study process for the past few months. Last night was my first night using a home CPAP machine.
If start sleeping as well regularly, I might feel "normal."
I'm starting that same process soon. Haven't slept well in years.
I tried a CPAP for almost a year. I never could get used to it and most nights ended up tearing it off my head. 🙁
pretty much why i won't use one.
i do use melatonin, but as of late, i've been exhausted and don't have issues getting to sleep
at least until Mango comes up in the middle of the night and starts snoring.
man that bitch can cut some wood
hope you all have a wonderful day and weekend

Well, you are an attorney, I can see why you can't sleep at night! 😉
Seriously though, I hope you get some remedy to this. Being tired all the time and/or feeling wrung out all the time has to be just miserable. Hope you can get things straightened out.
Thanks! So far so good-two nights of good sleep in a row is something I haven't had in a long time. It's refreshing!

I had a friend who had one a while back that way big and very noisy. We took it on a road trip, and it drove me nuts.
The unit I'm using is quiet, and the pressure builds up very gradually. The part that goes over the nose is comfortable, too. I'm ok with it, and Mrs. Moid doesn't seem to be bothered by it either.

A good nights sleep would of been nice this morning but it wasn't meant to be. Plumber arrived at 8 AM and has been making noise ever since.
Hello lazy asses.
Everything in Moderation. Including Moderation.
Good Morning....................
Yo!

Wrenched ya outta bed?
No pipe dream there...
Guess IP was plumb outta luck.
More sleep would have been fitting...
Hopes of rest were flushed away...
Guy was a real drip for starting work that early.
That would drain my optimism for the day.
I'd wanna plunge right back into bed.
Need more plumbing puns.
Meanwhile...
Where's the Orkin man???? 😛
That guy really bugged me.
Woods better not block me.
I see him lurking aboot.
Back in the day he'd be in the Buddy Box.
I'm getting close to Triple Zen.
A most dubious and worthless accomplishment, of which I am quite proud.
All hail worthlessness!
