coot -

On the local news yesterday, they said the Cubs were giving away chunks of the outfield sod they apparently tear up every off season. So this morning they said there was still some left so I went up there to get you a piece. 8 x 12 or something. Anyway, I walked all around Wrigley and I found a security guard and asked him about it and he said it was all gone.

🙁

I tried.

Thanks for the effort, that would have been pretty cool.

Seriously, I spent about two hours trying to find them.

Got a planter out for my share and everything.

If anyone needs a UPS box that they will send to protect perishable items, I have one.

Seems like a scam - didn't they replace some grass after the concerts there?

I think it was being given away, not sold. Don't know how that arrangement would be a scam.

Sour grapes from Sang cuz the Flubs beat the Cards? 😛

Seriously, coot is correct. It was free. And I think you could take all you wanted. From the shots I saw on TV, there was a lot of it.

Were I in charge, I would have charged a buck or two or a donation and put the money to Cubs Charities. But then Sang would have come up with a scam theory. 😉

I feel pretty good this morning!

I've had a lifetime of various problems sleeping, and I rarely feel rested when I wake up.

I have been going through the sleep study process for the past few months. Last night was my first night using a home CPAP machine.

If start sleeping as well regularly, I might feel "normal."

Shawn -

Have you ever tried taking anything with Melatonin in it? Non addictive, take it an hour before bed time. It works for me.

I'm starting that same process soon. Haven't slept well in years.

Yes, that and benadril. It does help, but I usually don't have a problem falling asleep-I just don't get much deep sleep, and I'm restless most of the night.

I had a really good stout last night. It was called Peche Mortel. It was fake French from north of the border.

I tried a CPAP for almost a year. I never could get used to it and most nights ended up tearing it off my head. 🙁

Well, you are an attorney, I can see why you can't sleep at night! 😉

Seriously though, I hope you get some remedy to this. Being tired all the time and/or feeling wrung out all the time has to be just miserable. Hope you can get things straightened out.
