Got this email from a friend that still works at the Coors Wholesaler I worked for.
Please just you folks over 21.........

Friends,

Here's that viral video I showed you a minute ago at the distributor
convention featuring the new smooth pouring Coors Light Vented Wide
Mouth Can.

Be the first web surfers to pass along this video.

Simply click on the link below and forward to a friend. If you send it
to ten legal drinking age, male friends, together we'll have sent it to
over 30,000 thirsty drinkers.

Pretty soon a million people are looking at our ad. Now, that's viral
video!

It can't be a perfect pour if Coors ends up in your glass.

Who wastes their time pouring beer into a glass anyway? REAL beer drinkers drink from the can/bottle.

Remember back in the day for us folks east of the Mississippi, when they didn't sell Coors here and every now and again someone would bring some back and it was ultra special?

You were a real elite for drinking Coors, or Olympia for that matter....now I rarely drink it.

I disagree. Real beer drinkers drink beer out of a glass poured carefully so as to not get extra yeast and sediment from their bottle into their glass. Of course, people who drink Coors, Bud and Millar wouldn't know anything about that since those beers have no flavor.

and they don't even offer this "feature" for the hi-test Coors, only Coors Lite??? C'mon!! some of us beer swillers don't do the light beer. i know in know, some will say even Coors is light in color", but when we want to pound a few beers, or are drinking for speed, We go for the hi-test stuff, not the lite.

No lie - I'm at a grocery store on Monday, shortly after seeing this post for the first time. I've got my lunch on the belt, and a guy plops a 12 pack of Coors Light up there; he also has some chips and other snacks. His buddy has two twelve packs of a different beer, I think it was Miller Light. The buddy asks the first guy, "Whadda-ya-think? Should I grab a 12-pack of water, too?"

I look pointedly at the Coors Light, and then at the first guy. He gets my point immediately, and says, "What? We already got a 12 pack of water?"

I just smiled and raised an eyebrow.

If anyone asks me if I have Coors Light I always respond "yes", point to the kitchen faucet and say "I have it on tap".

I always love the beer threads on here. I actually really like Coors regular beer. I used to drink a lot of Coors light when I would get off work around 5pm and be out until about 5am. It was the only beer you could drink all night, have a good buzz and not be on the floor. Since I don't do that much anymore, I'm back to regular beers.

I like to switch up by season. This winter , I had a lot of Yuengling, Guiness , Harp and Peroni in the fridge. Now that baseball is at hand, I've swtiched back to domestic mainstream lagers. My dad and some friends of mine really like Miller High Life. My dad seems to drink it just to take a stand against Bud for some reason. I gave a 12 pack a try recently and I didn't think it was that great. Regular Coors bottles and Heineken Light might be the stock beer for me this summer. I'll still drink ice cold Bud if it's around. It seems like the only choice besides light beer in a lot of NY bars and sporting/concert venues. If it's ice cold, Bud can be really good.

Any opinions on Heineken light ? I was skeptical at first but I tried it and liked it. I've always liked regular Heineken but it's always a crap shoot with the freshness. The light in the cans tasted pretty good to me.

As far as beer in a glass goes.... If I'm at home watching a game or listening to tunes and just having a couple, I like to pour it in a glass. Out with friends, always a bottle or can unless I'm drinking drafts , which I don't like to do much anymore unless it's Guiness at a place known for good pints. I'm convinced that tap beer is the main cause of hangovers. Who knows what's lurking in those tap lines.

PBR cans have made a big come back in NYC and are usually the cheapest drink in the bar. They ain't too bad either. I found bar near Port Authority that serves PBR Tallboys right out of the ice well.

It's 8:30 on Wednesday morning and I'm dying for that first $ 7.50 beer at Shea Stadium this Friday night. Beer and ABB. 2 of my favorite things.

I love the Heineken Lights- they're pricey but I splurge for a 12 pack (bottles) about once every 2 months. Love 'em!

Go Mets! They could use a win right about now!
