Just wondering................

I used to be a drummer in the late 70's and early 80's until I got fed up with the general direction music was going (MTV and all that crap) so I started listening to Music from a decade ago and was blown away when I heard the Allmans live at the Fillmore. I begged my parents for the money for a guitar the next day and had to learn more about what I was hearing! When they got back together in 1989 I was an instant Fan! I saw them live at the Beacon 16 years straight. I love them all..........the Rhythm section is the best in the world. Gregg's voice Can make me cry.........but lets face it. I listen for those Guitars! The Tones, the rhythms, the extended Jams. I know you all don't have to be a guitar player to appreciate it.............but I was just wondering how many here are actual players.
