Yeehah, i just received my signed copies of
"Derek Trucks Band - Live at Georgia Theater".
Gonna listen to it right away.
Great that a friend of mine in the US ordered the cd's for me and send
them out to me. They were in the middle of moving from Atlanta to LaCrosse
but still found time to help me out. Cool !!!!!!

Man I saw two people mention things I think are great- someone mentioned the new John Scofield live record called En Route. That is a fantastic recording. Every track smokes. Its nice to see Sco go back to a more rootsy, straight- ahead approach.

The other really interesting thing that someone mentioned is Earth Wind and Fire. Man, have you ever heard one of their first recordings called The Need of Love. If not, I highly recommend it.

I've been listening to Duke Ellington w/ Charles Mingus and Max Roach album on Blue Note called Money Jungle- really cool.
Dexter Gordon's Dexter Calling
Joe Henderson with the Wynton Kelly Trio
Wayne Shorter- The Soothsayer
Mingus- Live at Carnegie Hall
Freddie King- Live
Sun Ra- Jazz in Silhoutte
Stevie Wonder- Innervisions
Charles Lloyd and Billy Higgins- Which Way Is East
Roland Kirk- Rip, Rig, and Panic
Ghazal- As the Moon Rises over the Silk Road
Vishwa Mohan Bhatt- Indian Delta- (Indian Classical slide guitarist)

Lucinda Williams - a great show from a couple of years ago - Thanks to Raven from New Zealand - my first Lucinda show and I'll tell ya it won't be the last - what a talent!
Oh yeah, ABB Beacon '04 will always be in there...I just heard The BEST "Woman Across The River" EVER but I can't remember which night...25th? Help!
