No more urban blight at OSU after the bowl game.

Good riddance.

Have been perusing the early bowl lines.

Honestly, what will Georgia have to play for after missing the CFP? Let alone a double digit favorite.

I KIND of like Meeechinan -7.5 over Florida
REALLY like Oregon over Michigan State giving 2.5
I think Central Florida can cover 7.5 against LSU
And I REALLY REALLY like Ohio State giving 6 against Washington. I'd think the Bucknuts will play well for Meyer.

I'm sure I'll pick some others but those are the ones that stick out.

Glad to see him go. I hope if this really is a medical situation that he is okay.

Having said that, not to be negative but it wouldn't shock me if he coaches somewhere else again.

I think we'll see him somewhere at some point on a sideline again after the 2019 Rose Bowl.

Yahoo is not doing a bowl pick'em again this year.

Last year we did one on ESPN, a straight up winner confidence points pool. You guys want to do that again?

I've rolled with all the myriad of changes in college football over the years, but as a devoted addict to all things bowl games, the bowl calendar changes every year are getting ridiculous.

Another bowl game in Myrtle Beach next year or is it 2020. Coastal Carolina is expanding their stadium so a couple thousand fans from a random MAC or CUSA or Sun Belt team can go to a bowl. Bowl games fueling construction jobs!

Just a couple years ago we had a handful of 5-7 teams in bowls. This year several 6-6 teams didn't get bowl invites. Guess we need more!

Sorry, but Army/Navy has to be the worst college game of the year.

For all the hype neither team is usually any good and it's just an ugly game to watch.

I was entertained last year since it was played in a snowstorm but that was the highlight for me.

The Syracuse/Georgetown basketball game was more compelling for me.

Really Ron? Look at some of the meaningless bowl games coming up.

That is why I love betting on football. Even a poorly played sloppy game can keep you on the edge of your seat. Navy +7.5...Army sack fumbles Navy QB on 4th down 3+min left deep deep in Mid territory, Navy 2 timeouts, Army can't kill all the clock, big run down to the 3, they're going to score, **** they go up by 10. But wait, Navy has to score twice and get in FG range, they kick the FG then try for onside kick and lose by 7! Yay!

I agree though, last year's game was really good and suspenseful. This year Army didn't play that well or else they would've rolled Navy. QB Zac Abey for the Mids was just awful, awful. Should've made the switch sooner than they did.

Line moved from 7 to 7.5 so I got the hook and won. Forth quarter (somewhat meaningless) field goal saved me.

Should have taken the under. Always a safe bet in this game.

Go get 'em Hugh! Try not to "inconvenience your wife" and play by the recruiting rules (a blind man could see that Ole Miss's recruiting hall in 2012 and/or 2013 was full of $$$) this time. Then again, it's just Liberty College.

Maybe he can schedule a game with Florida Atlantic and became pals with Lane Kiffin. They both deserve each other IMO.
