I talked to some white people, great people by the way, at a mall who like Kamala Harris. Suddenly there was this HUGE crowd of white people, decent folks as American as you and me, all gathered around saying they love Kamala Harris. I can't count how many white people like Harris. They liked AOC and Omar too! Countless white people! They are a credit to their race.

But are they patriots that love America and want to make it great again? I didn't think so BrerRabbit...I bet they're socialist too!

Chain - 8/17/2019 at 07:37 PM

There you go playing the race card again.

I am telling you, they are just plain decent American folks same as anyone. I probably understand "those people" better than most - I listen to a lot of white music, hang out with white coworkers, even have white friends. Probably too much info here but I actually married a white woman. You might think it is strange for a white person to like Kamala Harris, but I must say it was a pleasant surprise. Especially when more and more of em all came flocking around me to testify how much they love Kamala Harris.

Amazing, white people thronging around me as far as the eye could see, all just gushing over Kamala. It was pretty much a tent revival for Kamala Harris in that mall, I tell you!

But are these white people really just socialists who hate capitalism and are pretending to be patriots? Are those "Make America Great Again" hats they're no doubt wearing actually made in America or made in some commie country like China? Don't be fooled BreRabbit as I saw on Fox news this morning that there's all sorts of fake patriots at nearly every Democratic gathering.....

The only way you can really tell that they are true Patriots is that they must carry around a tiki torch. Otherwise, they are just faking it.

BrerRabbit - 8/17/2019 at 08:45 PM

Yep, there it is, without fail a few posts in and you bring up color.

Well I do believe that if you look hard enough you can find various colors in the tiki torch collection....So the question is what color tiki torch was 2112 referring to? I prefer a rainbow colored tiki torch myself. The only place I seem able to find such a color of tiki torch is on-line....I've searched Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, even my local hardware store but no luck....Only on-line on a LGBT owned supply store.

I suppose this mystery makes some sense as the big box stores are owned and operated by very wealth capitalist families and true patriots and thus they'll never stock rainbow colored tiki torches....Only socialists would think of such heresy!

BrerRabbit - 8/18/2019 at 12:18 AM

Rainbow tikis, I like the way you think. Maybe we need a flag that has a little something for everyone :

Did you check Hobby Lobby? This seems like a logical place to find the rainbow colored tiki torch.

Hold on now. My post never mentioned color. What do tiki torches have to do with color? I thought Patriots just enjoyed nice polynesian environments while drinking their Budweiser. What does color have to do with that?

BrerRabbit - 8/18/2019 at 04:31 AM

Tricky! Look how you did that you shifty liberal

adhill58 - 8/18/2019 at 04:52 AM

Be careful before you go getting too friendly with white people. Some of them take government handouts like food stamps, or unemployment, or farm subsidies, or corporate tax credits. That probably means they're all just "takers". Hell, some of them are immigrants, even illegal immigrants! (Seriously, there have been some Irish busted lately.)

On the other hand, I have not seen any white people dishonor the flag or anthem by protesting how Jeffrey Epstein was treated unfairly by law enforcement, so they may be okay after all.

So confusing... but probably safest to just not trust 'em.

Exactly where I found it.....I didn't want to post the actual name of the store and give them free publicity as, well, I'm a true patriot and Christian and so don't want my name associated with such an anti-American organization....Not to mention I think the owners are closet socialists just posing as bigots in order to keep the IRS off their backs...

blackey - 8/18/2019 at 05:27 PM

What is the deal with the flag? Gay Nazis?

Now that school is open and I'm back on the bus, I asked this week about 50 of the bus drivers, most of whom voted for Trump, and several of those voted for Obama so could vote for Harris if she were right on the issues, say they don't want to vote for Trump again but will have to unless someone new gets in the race who is a centrist American.

They don't find Trump a moral person, were troubled with him using GD (Lord's name in vain) twice at a recent rally. But they will be forced to vote from Trump again in 2020 to keep the court leaning conservative, to keep a person out of the White House who is for eliminating private health care, who is for socialism...socialism that involves government ownership of the source of manufacturing which was unthinkable here in the past... for government to get into the free market and capitalism.
High taxes.
Job killing regulations applied to businesses.
Trillions added to the deficit via a Green New deal.
A war on and possible take over of the energy sector by the government pushing gasoline prices to 10 or 15 dollars a gallon to force people to ride public transportation or purchase an electric car.
Open borders.
Late term abortion.
Free health care for undocumented immigrants paid for by the US tax payer.
A socialist take over of the automobile industry forcing them to manufacturing electric cars only and those who want a traditional engine are out.
Banning the internal combustion engine which will piss off the Nascar fans and bikers. And people with classic cars and trucks will be fined if they run their old car engines.
Forcing business men to conduct meetings on a screen online to avoild traveling by air
Build high speed electric trains to the point the jetliner becomes unnecessary damaging the airline industry and costing tens of thousands of jobs.
Eliminate cows and beef and force everyone to be a vegetarian.
Force home owners to retrofit their homes and buildings and install solar panels on their roof.
And on and on they went.

They, almost to the person, see the Democrats being way too far left this time and willing to walk all over the gun rights and embrace socialism to the degree personal freedom and individual rights will be greatly eroded.

This then is far worse than Trump so even the majority who find Trump a kinda New York bully and brawler, a foul mouth man who degrades the office of the President, is better than putting some far left liberal socialist in the White House.

Very surprising in a way and note that most of these 60 people are in their 70s. I've heard most young people today want America to become a socialist country where government runs much of our lives but pays most of our bills.

Or at least thatís what yíall like to tell yourselves to make it all seem ok. Whatever you need to say to make yourself feel better, go right ahead. Heíll be gone in 2024 and all of you will wake up from your little wet dream and be forced to confront real life.

None of us have any government experience on any level. All we have is the news, but some people, like Blackey and his friends, seem to think that reading articles online gives them insight, LOL. That post above was full of more sh*t than your Allman Brothers stories.

There are articles from Forbes that show how well Obama did with the economy, Iím guessing your crew didnít read them, or know they are flawed somehow, from your bus driver experience.

I just wish Trump supporters would for once show some balls and honesty about why they like him. Watching them come with phony knowledge, and pretending to care about issues, is just sad.

Anyone who tries to say they like Trump because of policy is completely full of it, and same with Obama. Obama supporters liked his character and the messages he represented - and Trump supporters do exactly the same. If you share the same hatreds and enjoy watching him beat up on these weaker women, just say it. Donít be ashamed of yourselves.

Bugs Bunny is still on TV (Boomarang and Cartoon Network). There is no ban. There is more sex and violence on TV today than ever.

Might be, but you can't watch unless you have Cartoon Network or Boomerang. They aren't on regular, non-cable, channels.

Capt. Storm ? Dont know the other two.

Jerry you ever read The Forgotten Soldier by Guy Sajer? Recommended to me by a friend, Special Forces veteran, truly astonishing WW2 memoir - Russian Front.

Has gotten flak for some mangled details, yet "Despite the recent critique from mostly U.S. military historians, it is still considered by the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College to be (at the very least) an accurate roman ŗ clef and has remained on their recommended reading list for World War II, along with other historical novels. It is also on the recommended reading list of the Commandant of the United States Marines Corps" Also USAF notable books list

I highly recommend the remake with Denzel Washington. It's a solid film. Great cast.

The political theme iand climate n the movie is so, so similar to today it's scary. The movie was done 15 years ago.

Agreed, the original was pretty close to current events as well.

I've probably posted about this before, but my Dad was in the 196th Field Artillery, Battery A. During the battles mostly know as the Battle of The Bulge, his battery of 105 howitzers got moved along the front lines pretty quickly. Several times his battery and a mortar platoon held areas while infantry troops did a "retrograde movement" (they were in full retreat). He told us several times about how they would actually sight down the barrel at a tank or personnel carrier coming around corners, fire, hop in the jeep, and pull a couple of hundred yards across the town.
We thought it was just "story telling" until the internet gave us the opportunity to find photos of them doing just that. Not to mention that Ambrose wrote in "Citizen Soldiers" about a group of 155 cannons doing the same thing with German fortifications inside Germany.
He was injured in an artillery barrage on his location December 31, 1944, almost at midnight. Doctors used wire made from melted silverware to wire his skull back together.

BrerRabbit - 9/1/2019 at 05:22 PM
