The roof of my gazebo caved in from the weight of the snow...:(
Hey there sweet family,
The one thing I'm happy about regarding this blizzard is that it meant Rowland didn't have to go to Gaithersburg this week and got to stay home in Raleigh. Whoo hoo! :inlove:
We're not getting snow here now, but the winds are very strong. A short time ago they blew open the locked French doors to our deck. You should have heard me scream when that happened! 😮

I happen to be watching Entertainment Tonight last night (Monday) and one of the big stories was Brad Pitt and Angie Jolie at the Super Bowl. As the ET cameras are following BP & AJ through a crowded hallway from their private box at the Super Bowl, a familiar face comes into view from the left right behind Brad Pitt. It was none other than "Young Gun" himself - Derek Trucks! Does anyone know if DT was in the same private box with BP & AJ, or are they friends? Are they fans? Just curious!
Hey there sweet family :waving:,

Woody, some parts of WV are still without power. My Bob's Mom lives near Clarksburg & she has power, but she said other parts of the state are still out. Hope your cousin is OK.
Haven't been able to get in touch with my cousin on the W.V. / Kentucky border for a couple of days. Hoping she isn't buried in a snowdrift with no power. Wife and I took a walk in the Santa Monica mountains yesterday, it was cool (60) perfectly clear really, really green (for CA.), we could see from Long Beach to Port Hueneme. It was just an unbelievably beautiful day. With all it's faults I still love SoCal. Every winter I listen to the tribulations of the rest of the country and smile.
dcbill....sounds like you got the right idea.....'the bell has tolled'...
I must of done somebody wrong ! I am under a winter storm warning ! 12 plus inches expected tomorrow afternoon thru Weds nite !! I've got 28 inches and drifts NOW ! May need a air drop here by Thursday ! I got plenty of Beer and MUNCHIE material ! Everybody Take Care
Great post Hop - reminded me of a few years back at Mulcahy's on LI - seeing Dickey and his son Duane the first time for me on the stage together -
Great post Debbi!!
Still in shock over Peyton losing the Super Bowl -
The 5 man band was the most intense and emotional show Ihave ever seen. You could feel the music flowing from the band..they were so into what they were playing. Fantastic.
Who dat????? Congrats to New Orleans & the Saints!!!! One of the better super bowl games !!!!
And what about the Who.........Roger & Pete still got it !!!!!
Start the day with a little Can Heat. The first hippy concert I went to. First concert I saw, was Fats Domino, when I was in High school. Big Linda Oakley, Donna A;;man and Linda Trucks took me and I had a blast. Of course I was with the best people to go to a concert. My favorite Ladies. The ladies of my heart. I remember when we used to go in the big house, you never had to ask for something to eat. They would ask you if you were hungry. If you were then away they went and would fix something for you. The best days of my life, except for being Clarks step dad. The only regret is that my step son does not have my blood in his vains. He is a good man and I am proud of him.
Fantastic game! Congrats to the Saints!!:fanfare:
Sorry, but there were no tapers at the Col. Bruce show at Shorty's. A couple of years ago I would have been taping, but times have changed ...
