Peachnutt: Yeah, exactly - and the cool thing is that "End of the Line" represented the bottom for Gregg, one that he stayed in for 7 or 8 years after that song was written, and now "Old Before..." - it just warms my heart!! Peac(h)e 🙂

Anyone else going to Little Feat here in Atlanta tomorrow night? It's always a pleasure seeing Mr. Paul Barrere on slide. The Feat over the past 6-7 years has been a real pleasure. They have really re-hit their stride. Shoot me an email if you'd like to meet up at Variety Playhouse... Tim L

JoJo, Yes I do....was thinking exactly that as I listened to it last night 🙂 (I think from 3/23/02 show) Gregg is so great on it..... he's so convincing.... just like End Of Line.....when he sings it you know it's true...:D You've got excellent taste....LOL 😎 PeachNutt 😎

I know this isn't exactly in step with the exact conversation, but does anyone else here just absolutely dig "Old Before My Time"? I'm sure it's been discussed, but I just keep listening to this song, and something about it expresses a calm that just feels good. The simplicity of the song and Warren's solo is also nice and refreshing. I don't know you Dale, but I have read what's going on, and I wish you and your friend the best.

Dale,....Sorry to hear about your friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your friends family. JFC,... That was some funny stuff. I love when I read some of these posts, and just start laughing out loud. My daughter thinks i'm nuts, well I think she already knew that. Listening to Floyd Miles CD, Another Man Will, and WOW, GREAT Stuff. Talk about reaching down into your Soul. He's all up in my business. Love it. I'm a big Robert Cray fan, and it reminds me of him a little. Have a great day folks...Peace, Neil.

You know, in all my travels to see the shows, it seems like the wonderful Sisters of our GB are pigeonholing me into categories that don't even fit (at least I don't think so). Pony Girl pegs me as an accountant, Jeanne thinks I'm a hayseed. It must be a communication thing. So, as a public service, I thought maybe I could enlighten all you Ladies in what we men really mean when we say things. The following are common male phrases, explained so there should no longer be any confusion concerning their usage. Can I help with dinner? Means: Why isn't dinner already on the table. Take a break honey, you're working too hard. Means: I can't hear the game over the vacuum cleaner. That's interesting Dear. Means: Are you still talking? You know I could never love anyone else. Means: I'm used to the way you yell at me and I realize it could be much worse. I was listening to you. It's just that I have other things on my mind. Means: I was wondering if that redhead over there was wearing a bra. What did I do this time? Means: What did you catch me at this time? I was just thinking of you and bought you these roses. Means: The girl selling them on the corner is a real Babe. And finally, Uh huh, Sure Honey, or Yes Dear. Means: Absolutely nothing. It's a conditioned response.I hope this helps.:D:cool::cool::cool::Johnny:cool::cool::cool::D

Dale, very sorry to hear about your friend. I hope that you get to spend a lot of time with her. And on the bright side, I guess it was better that she didn't know that news before her vacation. And take it from someone who is perpetually behind on his show burning schedule, people will totally understand. In fact, I've got one in my little "to burn" pile for you, my man! 😀 EAPFP.

Hey Dale, Sending you and yours peaceful healing vibes. Hang in there, and don't worry about the shows... that stuff can wait, and it's really not important. I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the 3/23 show. That was an amazing performance. If you need anything I can help with let me know. Peace John
