Any generous souls out there that might be willing to part with an 02 Beacon B & P to prime up us left coasters. It sure would be nice to hear some of the new stuff on the way to the Wiltern., I must admit I'm not a big fan of "High Cost of Low living" it seems thin to me. Anyway I'm , of course, willing to pony up for any B & P. Picked up my Thursday night row G tix from a freind yesterday, so I've Thursday and Friday in my hot little hands. As Frank Zappa said "I'm gonna pour some rancid Budweiser on my beard right now". By the way I listened to Mothers Live @ the Filmore last night for the first time in a long time last night and that is a must have album. It is really unbelievable as long as the kids aren't listening, it is a little on the adult side .
Here is an REAL odd one, Jimi Hendrix Experience and the Monkees. Okay who is old enough to rember that one ??
Dan Again
Hey maybe you remember "War Babies" Hall & Oats, Todd produce that album plus another. Not so off kilt if you think about now.
Peace
Dan
Hey Sue,...
Does seem like an odd pairing. I saw Todd with Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band at Waterloo Village in NJ. in 92. Actually, I worked that show, along with many others as a stagehand. It was a really great show. Ringo, Todd, Dave Edmonds, Timothy B. Schimdt, Joe Walsh, Zak Starr, Nils Lofgren, etc. Anyhoo, just thought i'd chime in. Have a great weekend. Peace,...Neil
PS., I don't want to work, I just want to bang on my drum all day!!!!!
Off the record here, but I just heard the strangest concert pairing....Hall and Oats with Todd Rundgren.
I saw Todd a few yrs ago and have been a fan of his from a long time ago, but I never would have put those guys together.
Hmmmm.....
Hey GB. The 8/30/90 offer is now closed/ Winners will be notified via PM.Thanks for playing...
If there are any SF-area PeachHeads reading this, listen up: Gov't Mule is playing the Warfield tonight. You should have a ticket anyway, 😎 but I just received an e-mule bulletin 'warning' that special guests are in the area and could sit in to jam...it warned not to miss the show. If I were anywhere near the place, I know I wouldn't miss it...just sending out some advice in the hopes that you guys won't. 😉
GlenW- wait 'til you hear that Whipping Post...amazing.
"...section 305, and if passed, would be inserted in section 416 (21 USC 856) of the Controlled Substances Act. The questionable language reads, "Whoever knowingly promotes any rave, dance, music, or OTHER ENTERTAINMENT EVENT..."

Delaware,
Amazing Kahunaville!! Been looking for an excuse to go there although I can't believe they would not hit Montage Mountain or the Tweeter Center when they attact 10-15 thousand at each. Kahunaville ouch!!
Even The Tower Theatre would be kewl.. If im not mistaken Kahunaville is all general admission.
Happy Birthday Goliath!
Lana, yes, you are right. One game does not a series make! And you've got a great team there in Raleigh! I'm not counting any chickens yet!;)
To all my fellow Canadian brothers and sisters, have a happy and safe long weekend. Keep it between the ditches.
Peace, Glen.
This "H.R. 3782" sounds scary. I can't believe the way it's worded. Surely, it won't be passed...or maybe I'm just that naive about these things.
Marley, if you find out more about it (I'll try to research it also), fill me in. If it's a serious consideration up on the "hill" at this point, I want to be in on keeping it from going any further than just a ridiculous idea.
