Woody, I'm so sorry....healing thoughts are headed your way, brother... Mornin' ya'll! Vote today, please make it priority! Stephanie mentioned hearing Joan Osborne's new disc over the weekend...it's truly fantastic....she's covered favorite rock and R&B tunes.....featured are Dave Mason's- Only You Know and I Know; Axis: Bold As Love- Jimi Hendrix Experience; a beautiful remake of Otis Redding's These Arms of Mine....this disc needs to be in your collection. She has a powerful voice, her delivery is excellent, she can lift you and she can hurt you. Robbie Robertson and The Band is also covered---The Weight and Aretha's - Think, Isaac Hayes- Smiling Faces Sometimes and other great tunes....great CD, Joan Osborne- How Sweet It Is.....raw and bluesy. Gonna finish up the SRV offer from Sunday and get those in the mail....ya'll have a great day and I'll see ya next time. :guitar: and vote!

Good vibes seems to be working so far, Cat scan says its not in the lungs, a REALLY good bit of news. Being sent to specialist @ Moffitt Center in Tampa, also good news. His attitude is better than mine (I was always the worrier) Love youse guys and gals Tanks for the prayers and thoughts. I feel so much better this afternoon I even told my brother I was coming out next weekend, lo and behold that might be the same day GAF is playing in Tampa. I might have to "ease my pain" that evening. My bro was in good enough spirits to suggest we share an IV before the show, if he is in the hospital. God, I love him!

I would like to 2nd Brofan's comments on PhillyBob. What a great guy. It takes a person that is generous with his time and a true desire to share the music to do what he does every week. Sometimes twice a week. I owe him a big thank you for helping with my collection.
