Speaking of leaves in the wind, I'm about to follow the old saying: "make like a banana and get out of here." Here's wishing me a safe and not-too-delay-filled trip home. 😉 My best to everyone else traveling today. I'm looking forward to seeing the family again, even though I'm REALLY going to miss some people from NU, especially this year. Happy turkey football, everyone! 🙂 🙂

Happy Thanksgiving to all !!! Thanks to those who have shared music, ideas and any part of themselves with us this year. I continue to be very thankful that I found this site. Thanksgiving music tip --- in case you haven't already, buy Susan Tedeschi's new cd and you will Thank yourself again and again. You will hear Susan, DTB, Jason Crosby, Jeff Sipe, The Colonel and many more create wonderful music together. There's even a nice shot of Charlie being held by his Mom in the liner notes. Happy Birthday Jimi...... You are remembered and loved by many. I first saw the Jimi Hendrix Experience play at Philharmonic Hall (now called Avery Fisher Hall I think) on Thanksgiving night in 1967... Hey, I have never denied that I am old.... Only one more meeting and it's off to a 4 day weekend...time for a Macallans or 2 or 3 or.......

Hey there sweet family, Y'all are used to me signing posts, emails, and 'O'Grams with "Take care and know that you are loved". In keeping with our Thanksgiving tradition, if you would like to hear that you are loved, rather than read it, send me a PM with your phone number and I'll call you some time Thanksgiving Day to tell you. Take care and know that you are loved, Lana

Good morning, brothers and sisters! One nice story: Last night I have watched TV, and, of course, that was, like allways, a game with remote controler (about 70 different TV programs). And, suprise! At our official program Radio TV of Serbia 1 started "Midnight Blues". And you know what? GREGG ALLMAN BAND!!!  :clapping:  :realhappy:

:birthday: CeeCee, Billy E, Stormy and everyone else who's had one in the past year. Rob Johnson, outstanding article!!!! I especially love this quote from Derek: "If you have a band with two guitar players, they have to give each other room. If something is already going on, I tend to lay back and wait for an opening," says Derek by way of describing his style. "But Warren's been playing in a trio for so long, he's used to doing it all, all the time. After a while, I had to become more aggressive and MAKE an opening."

First I'd like to thank Randall and Clay for the shows they sent me . I'm enjoying them both.Second I've always known that living in California is living on the fault-line , but we've had about twenty quakes in the last three days. Nothing very large or destructive but they do get your attention. Geologists say it is a newly discovered fault about three blocks from my house! San -rockin'-Ramon...literally. you all take care...
