If i'm not mistaken, I think our very own DiamondJim just won a pair of tickets for the ABB at Riverbend this Tuesday in Cincinnati. Congrats brother Jim. Last year I phoned in and won a pair as well. If it wasn't you bro, it was another guy with the same name.....Peace,.....Neil

Hey Peachnutt, let's not forget the Tipper Gore's of the world, and their assault on free speech. Nothing like marriage to a politician to give you some kind of credibility. And I voted for Hillary.... Nevermind.

i consider all the pain and suffering that those who carried those attitudes created..... the thurmans, the helms, the trent lotts, the ashcrofts, the lester maddoxs and gingriches of the world.... the holier than tho but don't examine the crap they did in their own lives..... these are terrible disgraceful people and the folks that help elect them should be ashamed... they are unamerican homophobe fasicts..... a pox on all their houses........

Tom, I don't side with pnutt on celebrating the death of someone of differing political views, but I was ten times better off economically under Bill than Geo. W. These past 2 yr.s have just about ruined me financially. There is an awful lot of Republicans one pay check away from being Democrats. I hope you are "lucky" enough not to be one of those. Peace. ------------------------------------------------- "I want everyone to know that Jesus Christ was the first non-violent revolutionary. Aw dig it." Stephen Stills

Now that the summer tour has started I need to get some thanks yous out to many many people, if I tried to list you all individually I would probably miss somebody so please accept my general appreciation to all and apologies ahead of time for not contacting anybody directly. Over the last month I have been overwhelmed by the hospitalization and passing of my father, occasionally I was able to get on line and work a couple of trades a T1 L1 and do a few bnp’s. I have not been very diligent in my thanks. So to all who have traded with me r sent me a package. THANK YOU !! Take care of your family in the end it is ALL that matters. To all the brothers and sisters who are traveling this summer please be safe., Hope to see some of you on the road, as in the Month of July I have Scheduled 3 ABB shows, 2 Dead shows, and a evening with Dickey along with Los Lobos . So I am looking forward to some wonderful music ahead.

Peachnut: While you may have good taste in music, your celebration of the death of a man and wishing the same fate to others because they don't share your politics gives me the creeps.

Nice reviews guys - keep em coming! Sounds like The Bros. are off to a flying start. I wonder if some of the surprise tunes from The Beacon are gonna stay in the setlist - like "Forty-Four", "Into The Mystic", "Banks of the Deep End" and my favorite "Who's Been Talkin" - this one could be KILLER with a little more play-time. How 'bout Karl Denson on "Illness" or even Mtn Jam. Could happen! I agree with Easy Michael on Joan Osborne - The woman could really sing and adds a lot to The Deads songs where the vocal range is not there anymore for Phil and Bob. I saw her on the original HORDE fest about 8 or 9 years ago and she blew me away. She's really got soul and a good stage-presence. Can't wait to get the new Archive release! I need a dose! Have a good weekend!
