Thanks for all the welcomes and pm's, I'm SO looking forward to the weekend. I saw dTb in Tuscaloosa Wed night, and of course, they were in my home town last night, so I'm flying high right now! The guys put on a helluva show both nights, but last night they brought the goods. What a surprise to see the crew from down around Mobile, great seeing y'all! Is it 5:00 yet????? Peace

Yes Johnny, it was fun to be a Wolverine amid a see of putrid purple and yellow. Biggest comeback in University of Michigan football history. The fourth quarter made up for my longing to be at GABBA. And my buddies and I got to touch the Little Brown Jug, which is the oldest rivalry trophy in college football.

I had to make a list of what all to take...recording equipment and playing gear for the jam..and it is gonna be a lot. Here is to hoping everything goes smoothly and everyone traveling in...be safe. CeeCee!! Good to CEE you!! Don't be a stranger, girl. Y'all have a great time at the dTb show and I hope the Jam for Duane is a wonderful experience for all those playing and for those attending, too! What a wonderful way to pay tribute to Duane and the brotherhood from which we all benefit.

Hey y'all, I've been gone for a while, but wanted to see who all will be in Gadsden this weekend and what time the festivities begin. I'll be there tonight for dTb, and hope to see some of y'all tomorrow as well if I can get the particulars about time, bands, etc. for the Jam for Duane. Love and peaches

Hey JFC...Victor Wooten did a nice little quote from the Andy Griffith Show theme song in one of his solos last night...pretty wacky. No Mandy though. 😥 I'm brushing up on those Partridge Family licks you showed me. What time does your chariot leave?

Hey Eddie, talking about curses, don't forget us White Sox fans. We've thrown a World Series since we've won one! I'm getting a lot of good press about sending out shows, but the guys like Goliath, Old Coot, gpm,... and many more are the guys who get these gems and send them to me, no b&p, trade or anything. They're the ones everyone should be thanking, and they are all fine, fine people. Lammie, are we doing Mandie tonight???? :D:cool::eek::cool::-p Johnny :-p:cool::eek::cool::D

Ok which curse is stronger, meaner or just worse? The Sox or The Cubs? Simply unbelievable...both teams with big leads late in the deciding game and they can't close the door! You would of thought one of them would have made it but nooooooo way. I actually like the Marlins chances in the Series...just a feeling I have thats all. Of course I could be wrong. Hey Lammie and JFC, have a nice Jam this weekend Brothers....Maybe a little Thrill is Gone revisited! By the way to all those that live in the New York City area...The incredible Steve Kimock Band will be playing at The Mexicalli Blues Cafe in Teaneck NJ this weekend. I'll be there Saturday night. If you have seen Kimock you know how good he is! If you haven't, you are really missing one of the worlds truly fine guitar players. Be there buddies... peace

Morning All. The Alien - no not me - returns to NYC - the Beacon on Nov. 10 & 11 - This is - I believe - the G-3 tour with Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Yngwie Malmsteen - should be a good one. Unfortunately, I will not be attending.
