I can hear her heart beat... from a thousand miles And the heavens open... every time she smiles And when I come to her... that's where I belong and I'm running to her... like a river's song

The ABB got a mention on ESPN's SportsCenter last night and today. 😎 The anchor compared the ABB's lineup changes over the years to the changes in the Atlanta Braves rotation. He said aside from the drummers, Gregg is the only original member left- just like John Smoltz is the last guy holdover from the original pitching staff.

Jimmy Herring is a great player, its too bad that he was playing with the bros. when Dickey left as he was not appreciated as he should have been. he is incredible in Phils band, even more so than with The dead I believe. P+F lets him go more the The Dead. "Well ya got to have lovin" good for you South Paw, hope to meet Michelle in June at Red Rocks! If you want some good Salsa or Chile check out El Pinto's website.http://www.elpinto.com/ i used to tend bar there , I quit in 2000 but still buy their Green chile, you can order it today

I enjoy listening to 9/22-23-24/00 in order occasionally. Derek, Jimmy, an Otiel took over, and the others were caught up. An explosion of joy.

Buppalo is right...9/23/00 is the Derek and Jimmy Herring combo Jackzilla. Thats probably the best show from that summer. In fact thats my favorite version of Les Brers ever...Jimmy's solo was positively off the charts, what a player! .

Sonny Landreth was fantastic last night. He is quite the slide player, his style is wild. He did a fantastic version of Congo Square for the encore too. Go check him out if he comes to your town.
