Jody, be proud.... went to give blood this morning (yup, THE test) and my nurse told me they just pulled a guy off treatment...... he couldn't tolerate it (as some can't).... so be proud, you were a tough trooper and this is the fruit of your perserverance..... For anyone wondering, it is like life, no guarantees, but this hurdle Jody just crossed is gigantic, odds just went way, way, way up! 12 month is the next hurdle, but THIS was the biggest Jody just crossed...... relapse now is rare, although possible, my doc says after five years just forget about it..... but 97 / 98 / 99 percent odds now are just GREAT! Take it and RUN with it Jody. God, I'm so happy for her, she deserved this more than anyone. YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE

"i also caught a ride with huey lewis onced through the south interstate loop early one cleveland sunday morn...." wild. the hitchiking adventures of Sandy....pretty surreal stuff....i'd buy the book, but it would need to be properly punctuated, of course.

"wrong turn"? Yeah, I'll agree with you on that one. So is it English you're attempting to communicate in? And if so, why? Brent - I think the scattered showers means you don't have to take one every day if you don't want to. You may not be welcome at some of the social gatherings (including you're own), but that's the risk you take.

Scattered showers? What does bathing have to do with the weather.

Hello to all: 2 things 1) I am flying into NY from santa barbara. I need 1-2 tix for 3/26 and 3/27.......help would be appreciated 2) I cant keep up with all these emails from all the people on all these subjects/ its hard to find true ABB talk. it seems to be alot of conversations between some people, almost like they should be IM each other/. maybe I need to spend more time on GB and then maybe I would know what and why all this talk is about. and why it is being posted in the first place. But, I dont have the time usually.... to those on the way to see the boys in NY...be safe, enjoy and hope to play with you all the last weekend of the greatest show on earth.. best wishes ...turnitup

Sandy, who gives a rat's ass what you are saying? You're not saying anything. If you need some help mentally/spiritually or otherwise, I'll be happy to point you in the right direction.

Congratulations to "Been Jammin" on your new arrival :bounce: Jody, We are SO HAPPY for you! :realhappy: :thewave: One week from tonight I'll be sittin in the Hotel room wondering what the Brothers are playing as my wife attends the show. The next 2 nights are mine though. If I may.........WWWWOOOOOOHOOOOOO! Thank You. Now I mentioned sometime back that Corrine, Jasmin & I are headed up to the Big City for the 18th, 19th & 20th shows. We will have our little girl so we are taking turns on the shows and will be limted to what other gatherings we can attend together. I am sure we will wander in to some solo. I WILL BE HAVIN JELLO SHOTS. But we want to meet as many fine folks as we can So we are inviting people to come by and gather with us before the show on opening night 3/18. My wife is gonna need an escort and I've already screened some of you out. 🙂 I cashed in my hilton points so we are staying at The Waldorf Astoria in a tiny little room with a bed and a bathroom. So we'll be cozy when we gather. Actually we will have another room available for gathering that day - hopefully a connecting room but we will see. We will have TUNES, beverages, snacks & treats of some sort. Probably not extravagent but fun. It is a cab ride to the Beacon but there is value in numbers so I hope we can count on meeting some folks. Location is 301 Park Avenue Phone is 212-355-3000 Rooms will be under the Name Steding. I will post a room number as early as possible That day, but call if you are not able to get on line. We will be in town on the 17th so call anytime. If we out grow out of our space (or run out of drink) we will take over another section of the hotel. They said they will section off part of the bar for us if we want but I'm guessing drinks would be pricey. If you can let me know by a PM if you are comming it will help us decide weather to get a pint or six pack 🙂 Now if you don't send a PM but find yourself able to come THEN COME ANYWAY we just won't let you drink 🙂 I do hope to see as many of you as possible. This site has meant so much to me. Corrine is pumped up too. She'll be sittin right in front of Warren on the 18th and apparently she is A-OK with that! I am sure there are things I have not thought of and will post them as they come to me. I will put this on the Forum as well. Now I am very open to advice & suggestions. I may even solicit some advice from the locals or the sweeties on a couple of items. SO, Questions, Comments, suggestions are all welcome. PM is probably better than email now but I will be checking the email as well.  :fanfare:  :guitar: :guitarist: :haveabeer: :jump: :shady: :smokinsmiley: :silly: :shady:   :reddancer: :bounce: :jump: :crowd: If Bird is gonna be in town we turn the smilies off! Unless of course - she was set up - sad to say - possibly she's slow and her "boyfriend" convinced her there would be no problem.
