i've had thoughts of making a seamless 80 min. drum solo disc. one CAN have too much of a good thing, yes? Sometimes I can't sleep after listening to Whipping Post, the brain is just flyin' along (not a bad thing but it's like sleeping while snowboarding) yeah, the Brothers are rockin! :fanfare:

Last nights show was awesome...Warren was on fire all night. Derek was also on fire...from my seat in the loge I could see Lee Roy Parnell, he was sitting behind Gregg. Looked like he really enjoyed himself during the show. I did have one problem with the show...it was much too short. The show flowed so well, the band looked like they were having fun, you know how it is...the show just aint long enough... Highlight for me before the show outside on 75th my son got a chance to meet Warren and exchange a hand shake and a few words...And I was lucky enough to say hello to Lana and get a Kiss!

NYC Barb, I've thought about doing that. My friends always ask me, how many freaking versions of MJ do you have? I always say not enough. They never do the same song the same way more than once. Always a fresh version.

I could listen to Mountain Jam all day. Has anyone ever put a Mountain Jam compilation together around here? That would be nice.

Damn, nobody posting setlist. Wish someone was. BaldVinny offered me a ticket but was already on ride home. 🙁 It was fun posting setlist for 3 shows I went to. Many thanks to Pam and Rob in NC for posting songs/setlist. I will be doing this at summer tour concerts. Looking forward to it indeed. Take care all.

I loved the Thrusday night show and had a great time talking to both Jaimoe and Kirk West before the show outside stage door. Jaimoe is such a laid back and down to earth guy. I got both him and Kirk to sign a a copy of the Atlanta Pop CD. And what a smoking show that night. Just wish I could have met Lana and some of the people from the message board.

I think they only do it one weekend during the run, I didn't see any being given out last weekend.

Were posters only given out after last night's show b/c of the band's b-day or has this been a staple after every show? I framed mine with the ticket and some great memories from last night.

The one and only Yonrico Vondez Scott did indeed play drums on Same Thing. He was on Jaimoe's kit. I was in the loge so I could get a good view for that! Not sure yet who the other two drummer guests were, I was out in the lobby getting ready for poster duty during the encore so I missed that.
