Apology accepted Tyler. I guess I'll post the answer to my question 24 hours after I posted it if I don't get an answer. That would be 14:30 tomorrow. I'll let the GB know the answer the second I see it posted though. I'll also cite where I got the information from. I'm just hoping that the magazine's info is correct or I will have participated in a falsehood. I trust the info though. But, like Tyler did mention, if this bothers anyone perhaps we should stop it. peach. Lana, no fair calling Gregg to get the answer. :-p ( hope I'm not in trouble again...)

Carol, I'm ashamed....Midwesterner's trivia question was a little toomuch for me - a EJ fan for 34 years and I spent quite a bit of time searching my old books and magazines for clues. I guess I should have been looking at the possible answer candidates, instead of searching EJ facts, but hey, I had fun!

Sorry TanDan, I guess I overreacted. I should have read the previous posts. Please accept my apology. Did anyone answer your question correctly? Is that what they are talking about the All Star album? Again, sorry.

All Night All Stars is a fine CD, though not advertised or promoted very well. From the liner notes of the All Night All Stars CD: To capture the true essence of All Night All Stars, you'd listen to it late at night, under the stars of a clear warm southern sky, hauling ass down back roads between Macon, Georgia, and Muscle Shoals, Alabama in a Ninety-Eight Olds convertible, stereo blasting, with Bobby whitlock behind the wheel (my favorite part) and Levon Helm in the back seat holding court. That's what Tim Wilson saw in his head when he and Steve Melton were dreaming up the idea to make this album. Jeff Lysyczyn That pretty much says it all. Bill

Tyler posted to the Guestbook: TanDan, was that TEF remark a slam on my trivia questions? Hell, if it bothers you or anyone else I will stop. ----------------------- Tyler Ogle Tyler....calm down. Since you didn't PM me on your question and decided to post it on the GB, I will answer it on the GB. First of all, your trivia question was top-notch; had everyone stumped, I'm hoping that the one I posted does half as well. Second, the TEF remark is jokingly directed at Buppalo1. Check out his GB post of 7/29/04 01:46. If you notice by the smiley I included with my post that I'm am laughing and get hit by a boomerang. Nothing was directed at you at all. In fact, like I said, it was a good trivia question and hope you accept this explaination. Peach.

Hi Tyler..you just got lucky Honky Kat wasnt lurking around with that EJ stumper..she'd have nailed it...I love Tulsa Time...before I had my heart crushed in Lauderdale..I must have been 17,wild and free...EC's cover of Tulsa Time ruled the airwaves and life was sweet...The good Lord smiled down on me today...sent me a couple of good ole Charlotte boys to fish with...Charlotte County is a trip and 1/2....The old man down the street hired out some cement work, and apparenty does not understand Charlotte county time..(which Id wager to bet, makes Tulsa time look like NY minutes) came out in the street pointing at his watch, yelling something or other..Today is one of those goreous gray cloudy days we pray for in the sub-tropics in july..I had figured on mowing the easement....I cut the motor so as my neighbor might hear himself and think better, but the country boy beat me to it, never said a word, walked around back of his truck, grabbed out his fishin rod, asked if I planned on mowing the empty lot too? would he be in my way? I laughed my approval, and couldnt resist following him to the seawall, watch him pop his lure under the big sleepy Snook , laying low, under the dock...Lucky for Mr Snook, one of the younguns ..a mountain of a boy...built hard as Dickey Betts and as big as bull.... cement work will do that ....tagged along with, and popped a second , slower than the first, much less finesse...so as I could see it...looked like a silver and black Rebel Minnow...near on top of the first.....Just enough to spook that pretty Snook...Too bad, too...the Fighting Tarpons Coach Nolan will cut that attitude problem as soon as look at him...I felt for the young man...anyway...fair warning...none of this has one darn thing to do with music....next thing you know,. a mullet comes slapping down, and this Snook streaks straight out of the sparkling water, muscular and sleek shining silvery, with that fantastic black stripe down all , looked to be 25 inches of fish, showing off his brawn..The old boy, looking like Billy Joe Shaver..turned to me and said, nice fishing with you, Yankee..which got me started laughing again...but the look he threw at the youngun, might have scared some sense into him yet....Counting my blessings ... sending good vibes and love to ya'll and listening to some pretty slide ..Ca

Since Today's Trivia Question was answered so quickly ( 3 minutes by TerriB!! ), I'd like to submit one if that is OK: What was Gregg Allman's reply, printed in a national magazine, when asked this question? --What album/CD could you not live without?-- I guess that is like asking " What is your favorite album?", right? Answer with album/artist please. Winner gets the satisfaction of knowing it wasn't a Tennessee Ernie Ford album Hee-Hee!! :boomerang:
