This really angers and pisses me off: Parents sue school over young boys' drinking deaths Friday November 05, 2004 HELENA, Mont. (AP) The parents of two 11-year-old boys whose frozen bodies were found in a snowy field after they skipped class and guzzled vodka have sued the school district for $4 million. The wrongful death lawsuit claims the Ronan School District failed to protect Justin Benoist and Frankie Nicolai III and did not hire enough American Indian staff members, who would be ``sympathetic to the problem of alcoholism and alcohol disease prevention.'' The school district did not immediately return a phone call Friday. Justin and Frankie went missing Feb. 27 after they skipped afternoon classes. A friend found their bodies three days later. Frankie, whose blood-alcohol level was 0.50 percent, died of alcohol poisoning while Justin died of a combination of alcohol poisoning and hypothermia. The boys were members of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. Justin's 14-year-old brother, Tyler, was found dead of smoke inhalation in a burned trailer last November. Authorities said he passed out from drinking and had a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit for driving. What angers me the most is - where were the parents - drinking took one son - you would think they would be paying more attention to their younger son - am I wrong? I'm not a parent - I don't know - Were the parents drinking 24/7 - I just don't understand. The following crime is not horrendous enough for the death penalty - I kid you not - some guy raped his two year old godchild and only got 50 years - if ever a case screamed for the death penalty - this is it!! I just don't understand. sorry for venting about such horrific stuff - I'm out of here - tomorrow I'm babysitting my 21 month old niece - haven't changed a diaper in years - should be amusing!! Croky - have a good time!!!

All I know is that this post election depression must lift cause the Mrs. ain't happy and I will be getting more depressed as the days wear on if ya get my drift. Listening to the Fox Show, audience recording, that a kind brudda sent me and the boys tore it up. Jack P sitting in is a real treat as well. Heres my hope for 2008, I hope the ABB are still touring!

:birthday: Krista!!!! Couldn't agree more, Eddie P. We're stuck with the results, good or bad. Music, music, music should return as the dominant theme here. Hope to see some GBers at Otiel's gig in Tampa next month (Skipper's Smokehouse-Dec 3). Horace EAPFP
