HI ALL! A BBEEEEE-lated happy b-day :birthday: to Lynn! Karen, give me a holler, I have a suprise for you two :koolaid: (asap). On a more somber note, but a happy one for a guy who took the chance, got the gold ring, even if the merry go round lasted 5 short years, RIP VINCE WELNICK, YOU ARE AND WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF THE GRATEFUL DEAD, may the four winds roll him safely away, may his loved ones be comforted, AMEN. :flower: :burnout: :rainbow: :flower:
Nothing wrong with your post JHawke. Type away bro!
Happy Birthday, Lynn! Hope you're having a great day.
Hope everyone's havin' a good weekend!
I posted yesterday about my disaster with the ATM. My intent was to warn you about the pitfalls of using ATM's. It was not meant to make any of you feel sorry for me. Please do not misconstrue my intentions. I was mad and was venting my frustration. If it was $30 dollars I would have not posted anything. When your medical bills are $900, $600 is a lot of money. I got no where with my bank today. The bad thing is I have a day and a half to dwell on it. There are other people on here with far bigger problems than me. I appreciate the advise and comments you made. As we all know stress makes medical problems worse. I really don't like to type negative posts. I apologize.
When I was growing up we had a husky female black and white markings, her name was Misty... She was so loved by the family, but very elusive and not affectionate she would howl and howl when you were out and came back home , that was her extend of affection. She had diabetes and it was heartbreaking and even now 30 yrs + later it still hurts thinking of her. Living on L.I. N.Y. it gets rather hot and humid in the summer and I felt sorry for her, after all their feet are webbed for snow not days at the beach. When winter came she was a very happy dog!!
Luke, I missed your post about dog , what happened ?? Hope all is well.

I agree with you Rick. It's rough on a dog down here in the south. Long haired or short haired. Plus, down here in the sunshine state you can't let em swim. It'd be suicide. I hope you find a home for your dog Bird.
Elagrua.... when ya comin' back home
::-(:
Happy Birthday from Chi-town Lynn:)
A very :birthday: to our very dear friend Lynn. We miss you here in Ellwood City. We are suffering from Bomberry withdrawl syndrome!
Karen knows I get it quite frequently, no known cure, only temporary relief with frequent visits!!
So get you cunuklebutts down here!
WE LOVE YOU mmmmmwhah!
Lynn, Have a great ride around the sun
Bird, since you brought it up.
I am a dog lover, but, I will be the first to admit I am no expert.
But why in blue blazes hell would someone bring a dog like a husky into the deep south to live?. Every time I see one of these dogs I wonder out loud if that dog suffers in the heat of summer. They have to suffer. They are beautiful, but I still wonder if its appropriate to raise them in hot climates. Not referring to you Bird, you just got me to thinking about it.
But I feel the same way about polar bears in the zoo. Yeah, they have cold water to play in, but, that cold water surrounded by 100 degree heat cannot compare to the artic circle. Go figure.
Many thanks for all of the prayers for my friend, Wiley. He is out of intensive care and it will be decided when the doctor sees him on Monday what the next step to fight this cancer will be. I told him that he had so many on this website praying for him and he is so appreciative. He said that is what he needs. I thank all of you so much.

Hey Tony,
If I didn't live in a condo, I would probably take "Shadow". I know Mr. Thor (my Siberian) would love to have her around. btw, don't know Thor lineage but I suspect he might have some "sled dog" in him as he is a "big-boned, 95 lb, woolly coated Siberian". Of course, I'm waiting for him to start "blowing his coat", which is always fun. You and yours take care. Fred B.
Happy Birthday Lynn, see you in Niagara Falls. Enjoy your day.
