Wishing Natalie a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!! Seems like yesterday she was born. Praying for the girls in in PA who lost their young lives to a sick A**hole.........and I am totally ashamed of my Congressman...what the hell is this world coming to......priests, politicians and nut cases abusing & killing our children..........makes me sick to my stomach........not many people you can trust these days. today I hear on the news that parents need to teach their children what to do if a sicko barges into their school. I always thought our children were safe in school......so how do you teach a 5 or 6 year old how to defend themselves if some wacko deceides to ambush their school?????? I pray for all the children in this world who are at the mercy of wackos.......their childhoods are being stolen from them.......so very, very sad. I feel so fortunate not to have had to experience that...............just breaks my heart.........hate to even watch the news anymore....NOTHING but bad things always.........praying for peace for our children.

From Tommy Booth: "From: EasyMichael from just outside of Richmond, VA: "A VERY Happy Birthday to Natalie! Enjoy your day, sweetie! Happy Anniversary to the origapeaches...."I typically ignore the negative junk that can fly around here, but Tommy/allmosbro, I just don't get your point about HTW's "profit"." The only negative junk is the ba-ba that is flyin round here kid! Go back to your nod and when you wake up continue to enjoy playin' with smiley faces & singin Happy B'day like we did in kindergarten. "Awful quiet out there-hmmm, must be too high"! DA " Yikes, Tommy, thanks for the clarification of your earlier post. I'll admit that the "negative junk" term might have been a bit harsh, but that's just how it hit me at the time as I read back through what I perceived to be negativity in many of the day's GB posts. Perhaps you could have simply said that it would have been nice if the upcoming Jam For Duane could be mentioned in a Peach-O-Gram, or something like that. It always sounds like such a great weekend, and I wish I could make one of them someday. I do hope your hand is healing and that you're back to playing bass without pain again like we discussed when we met in front of BB King's back in March. Thanks for this discussion. Take care, and good night.

Brent, how in the f'n freakin frak all of a sudden do I have anything to do with the comments of Red Dog? Y'all either cannot read, or gloss over these posts. Jeeze!! Red Dog made a backhanded comment about some jam he obviously did not care for, but he did not say where the jam was. I simply asked him to share what event he referenced. That's all, end of story. How anyone can take that somewhere else is beyond me. Check that. HERE, I should know better, but I expected better from you. I guess I have to clarify my original post of this morning. I agree with Red Dog in general, but I dont agree the problem is politics or the church. Its people and how they behave and act that is the problem. I wanted (to no avail) for Red Dog to understand that point, but all I got in return was blather. OK with me on that end. Somehow, this got twisted around to where I pissed on Dog and tried to feed a cat Alpo or something stupid like that. Amazing. Somebody out there throw me a bone, pleeze...than again, never mind. Its all good no matter what. I did not slam any Jam today. Red Dog did, and he stated later where that Jam was, so now we all know. It was not Alabama, so remain calm and collected. All is well in Gadsden. Lets move on......

Brent, I don't understand why we should shoot Rick and Reddog.... Sandy: Carl I want you to kill all the gophers on the golf course Carl Spackler: Correct me if I'm wrong Sandy, but if I kill all the golfers they'll lock me up and throw away the key. Sandy: Not golfers, you great fool. Gophers. The *little* *brown*, *furry* *rodents*. Carl Spackler: We can do that. We don't even need a reason. :-p

Right on Reddog....it's never right when anyone molests children. The Jam for Duane has nothing to do with whatever Rick or Reddog alluded to. Don't waste my tax dollars, shoot em. spdb

sadly, I reside in the jerks district..I did vote against him, for what its worth. :birthday: Natalie! 4 years old..you are a big girl now.. Welcome to the Sisterhood! Happy Anniversary Matt and wife! Kevin plays for me, and I paint our garden with Wildflowers and butterflies ...Storms never last. Love and wildflowers are forever. Good luck to Gigi...Chris, treat her to a day at Coconut Creek's Butterfly World sometime...or the new exhibit in Gainesville. She'll love it. The more folks that find joy in painting with Wildflowers and Butterflies and giving Mother Earth a hand up, less tearing down, well, nevermind, then this would be Heaven. I said this before, but considering the time of year..I found last years Jam for Duane one of the most spiritual events in my life... Lefty, Brent, CRS with special guest Lee Roy...all the bands.. the epitomy of soul and admiration for Brother Duane. Have a good one Ya'll , Ca

Rowland and I will be there and hope to hook up with as many of y'all as possible"....."And while we're on a travel tear, the buzz about the Derek Trucks Band and Susan Tedeschi appearing.....etc... HEY GUYS! "And while we're on a travel tear"- aNOTHER VERY WORTHY outing will be the annual "JAM FOR DUANE" on weekend of OCT 27-29 down in GADSDEN, AL! The lineup *(which Brent could give you more detail on) is astounding this year w/Capricorn Rhythm Section & SPECIAL Guests-and many of our guestbook friends! "Hey there sweet family, Take care and know that you are loved" by SPREADING "THIS BUZZ" on this "NOT FOR PROFIT" honor paid each year by volunteers to help keep Brother Duane's legacy alive for the generations! *A little Peach-o-gram for Duane Lana & Row-wouldn't that be "sweet"? Why does everything you folk have to buzz about have to be about HTW profit? 🙁 Duane and Berry gave their lives for this music- we should honor them with some dignity! Shame! Tommy Booth
